Who would have guessed that once we listed the house with you on June 15 that we would have it sold on October 5 -- in less than four months! Most importantly, what began as a business relationship evolved into a business relationship between friends. To Whom It May Concern: Mr. Bob Massey helped my husband and I get rid of our house and out of a bind that we had gotten into. My husband was undergoing his 4th bout with cancer when we came to the conclusion that we could not afford the house payments and put the house up for sale. To our chagrin the payments were too high and realtors told us that we owed more than we could sell the house for. This was totally unacceptable and we were faced with a major problem. Mr. Massey answered our call, came to the house, toured the property and agreed to help us. What a relief especially for my husband. He told us to find a place to live and to move. We moved the weekend of Thanksgiving. Mr. Massey did all the work. There was no public auction/sale and everything was kept quiet. Family and neighbors just assumed that we sold the property.
